Blaine Mcclure is the principal and managing founder of Reign Capital Partners. He established RCP in 2005 and is based in Greenwich, CT with his wife and four children.
Mr. McClure brings over 22 years of investing experience in entrepreneurial start-ups, early stage venture capital, and private equity platforms concentrated in the professional services, environmental, industrial, testing, engineering, and emerging growth companies.
Prior to RCP, Mr. McClure worked in the security sector and timber trade in South America (Amazon Basin) from 1995-1998. He ran a real estate development entity from 1999-2004. Aqualis, a stormwater engineering platform company Mr. McClure founded in 2005, received the Global Environmental Service Award (2016).
Mr. McClure holds a B.A. in Sports and Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He holds certifications in CESSWI, CPSWQ, and CPESC and is fluent in Portuguese and conversational Spanish.
